For beta testing, use TestFlight feedback where available. For public support, open an issue on the Graft support repository:
Please do not include private Health data, screenshots that reveal sensitive information, Apple Account details or payment-card details in a public support request. Graft support should never need your password.
Common checks
- Health access can be managed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Graft.
- Screen Time and shield permissions can be managed in iOS Settings → Screen Time.
- Subscriptions can be managed in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- If a trusted workout has not appeared yet, open the recording app, let it sync to Apple Health, then return to Graft and use Check now.
What Graft can and cannot do
Graft is strong friction, not a tamper-proof lock against the device owner. It uses Apple Health, Screen Time and StoreKit on the device; it does not run a developer-operated backend or require a Graft account.
Before you write
Include your iOS version, Graft version, whether the day was locked, on break or open, and what you expected to happen. Leave out Health exports, Screen Time screenshots and Apple Account details unless they are essential and you are sharing them privately.
